3. Why we use it

4. How enquiries reach us

We accept enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Emails are stored in our email provider’s systems. We do not use a website contact form.

5. Sharing

We share only what is necessary: the assigned caregiver receives the care details relevant to the visit. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to provide care and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or to object to processing. Contact aurellecare91@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site stores your colour-theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not use advertising cookies. If you add analytics, update this section.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive medical records by message or email.

10. Children

Our services are arranged by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.

Not medical care. Aurelle provides non-medical home care and companionship. We do not provide medical treatment, nursing or emergency services. For emergencies, call your local emergency number.
