Terms of Service
These terms explain how Aurelle Care & Recovery arranges non-medical home care and how we work with the families we serve.
1. What we provide
Aurelle connects families with vetted caregivers for non-medical home care: childcare, new mother support, recovery support, elderly companionship and respite care. We do not provide medical advice, nursing, medication administration or emergency services.
2. Enquiries and confirmation
Enquiries made by phone, WhatsApp or email are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we reply and agree the caregiver, date, hours and rate.
3. Rates and payment
Rates are quoted before care begins and are shown in your confirmation. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause future bookings.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the agreed rate. No-shows may be charged in full.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about needs, routines, allergies and risks.
- Provide a safe working environment.
- Do not ask caregivers to perform medical or unsafe tasks.
- Ensure another adult is present where required by law or by our agreement.
6. Caregivers
Caregivers are engaged subject to identity, reference and interview checks. Where a caregiver cannot attend, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement or reschedule.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aurelle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Complaints
Contact aurellecare91@gmail.com or call +256 758 614 317. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
